If your ESP is able to help you regain access, you can then request a password reset link for your Dropbox account. To sign out of your account on the Dropbox website, click your avatar in the top-right corner (by default, a smiley) and select Sign Out. In order to stop that from occurring, you need to sign out of Dropbox when you're done. Dropbox is not an ESP, and can’t contact ESPs on your behalf. With that checked, you're telling the browser to log you in automatically the next time you visit the site. Only your ESP can help you regain access to your email account. Im trying to find out login attempts in the security tab however there are no logs for this.

I havent recently logged into dropbox using my password.
